Personality: Akito and Agito are split personalities in the same body.
Akito is cheerful, kind and childlike, he can even be labeled as ‘innocent’ by some or puppyishly cute. To friends he’s very devoted and loyal.
He uses honorifics (such as –kun, -chan, ext.) on most people he meets or respects. Akito tends be a bit clueless at times and some things are beyond his comprehension. He’s also not a great AT rider. When it comes to fights or such, Agito often cuts in. He can get jealous easily over people getting close to Ikki or anyone else he likes a lot.
Other then that he’s pretty sugar sweet.

Akito and Agito are also quite aware of each other, in fact Akito sees Agito as more of a person then a personality.
By moving the eye patch from the right eye and over to the left, you have Agito.

Agito is prone to irritable outbursts of 'FUCK,' and can’t seem go to long without spewing other insults or throwing in a cussword here or there. Because of his violent and bloodthirsty behavior, he is often characterized as a shark. Even though he has a rude and arrogant attitude he can be respectful to those he actually feel deserve it and aren’t idiots (very few people). He has little to no patience for nonsense, idiots, cocky bastards, and 'wanna be heros’, and will not hesitate to tell you how much you suck and that you need to just curl up and die somewhere (preferably out of his way).Agito will come out whenever Akito doesn't want to have to deal with anything un- pleasant (or he‘ll just want to come out on his own). The only reason he exists is to protect Akito. Agito cares deeply for Akito and his only desire is to protect him. He is a ‘A class’ Rider, and knows the most about Air Tracks on the team, while Akito can barley do more then stand without falling over on them.

HistoryThe world (mainly Japan) is now dominated by the technology of in-line skating; they are now stronger, better and faster. These customizable, motorized new skates with suspension systems in the wheels are called ATs (Air Trecks). They allow humans with enough skill to perform superhuman feats and virtually fly through the air like a bird, turning the entire sky into a road. Since they first appeared on the market, Riders have made their own gangs and teams, fighting to gain territory and build a name for themselves while working to better their skills. The great riders follow certain 'Roads' depending on their A-T style, and the best of the best are known as Kings of their Road.

Akito Wanijima’s family life is mostly unknown aside from the fact that he grew up under his brother Kaito’s, care. At a young age, Akito became passionate for ATS, practically growing up with them glued to his feet. His skills developed rapidly and he soon found himself climbing the ranks to reach the level of an A-Class rider, earning the title of Fang King of the Bloody Road.’ from his ability to slice through anyone one who stood in his path with ease.
This caught Kaito’s attention fairly quick, giving him an idea to use his younger brother as a tool. Ruthless enough to use his own brother for personal gain, Katio fooled Akito into becoming a weapon further the Wind SWAT team and limit the numbers of AT riders with laws. Once this had all come to light, Akito stopped helping his brother. He wanted to ride because of the feeling of freedom, not to trick and lock away other ATs riders.
Of course, Kaito didn’t take this hands down and striped Akito of his freedom by locking him away in a cage, in an attempt to force his younger brother into doing his bidding. Not being able to ‘fly’ or ’run’ and being manipulated by Kaito to do terrible things gave birth to Akito’s violent alter-ego – Agito.
Agito eagerly and happily took the job as Kaito’s tool, taking everything upon himself to protect Akito.

The Fang King continued this way of life and made his bloody road all the way to until it collided with that of Itsuki "Ikki" Minami and his team. Being free from his cage, and getting a taste of the sky thanks to Ikki, Akito instantly took a liking to the other boy, saying that Ikki is ‘the bird that helped them out of the bloody well’ and is ‘their wings’, even going so far to reward the teenager by taking his first kiss.

Since being rescued by Ikki, Agito became an unwilling member of Kogarasumaru and Akito, feell head over heels for Ikki and having no where else to go, took up residence with teenager.

Since, Kogarasumaru has gained a name for themselfs and climbed up the ranks. So much so that Agito even started hunting teams by himself to attract Behemoth and gain his name as 'Fang King' back. In the end, Team Kogarasumaru met the challenge and took out Behmoth with three wins and two loses. Giving Agitp back his "Fang" regalia and his title. At the end of the match, Kaito shows up with the Wind SWAT team and takes Akira (and also takes the time to beat the crap out of Agito). After this Akito is forced to stay in the hospital for recuperation, and spends quite some time in there. Once out, he and the rest of Kogarasumaru head to Kyoto to meet the Rumble King Yoshitsune, one of the team Genesis' leaders, who want Ikki to take his place as their leader.
